Turbrenn (“we”, “us”) operates turbrenn.com. This policy explains what personal data the website processes, why, and which rights you have. For any privacy question, write to hello@turbrenn.com.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, company (optional), email address and message, together with the language version of the site you used. We use this only to reply and to follow up on the enquiry you started.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data (browser, time, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Analytics — only with your consent. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, without cookies and without building a profile of you. If you decline, it is never loaded.
Legal bases
- Replying to your enquiry: our legitimate interest in answering business requests and, where relevant, steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Hosting and security: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Service providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, security and, with your consent, web analytics.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — forwards contact-form messages to our inbox.
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows, then deleted. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time on the cookie policy page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
